Azcue BT-BLOC Vertical Screw Pump Module

The Azcue BT-BLOC is a compact designed pumping module which includes two BT-HM triple screw pumps, two stainless steel filters, gauges and valves. The BT-BLOC acts like a booster unit with two screw pumps mounted on a common block, and can operate on a single screw pump, whilst the other is on stand-by. This screw pump pumping module is ideal for applications where either fuel oil pressure needs boosting for a diesel engine or burners. They are also utilised in lubrication systems or for lubricant cooling.

Features of the BT Series Screw Pump:

• 2 x BT-HM triple screw pumps
• 2 x stainless steel filters with 0.5mm mesh
• 2 x safety valves, 2 x non return valves and 2 x shut off valves
• 2 x manometers for discharge and 2 x manovacuometers for suction
• Maintain in situ capability
• Suitable for diesel, heavy fuel oil or lube oil
• Available with magnetic coupled pumps as part of a low maintenance, zero leakage system
