The Debem Food Boxer 502 Air Operated Diaphragm pump is an Italian manufactured, FDA approved AODD pump. Thanks to its hygienic design, this air operated double diaphragm pump is designed for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries where a food grade pump is required, including demanding and humid applications.

The Food Boxer AODD pump is made from electro polished stainless steel (AISI 316) and FDA approved PTFE. Thanks to its ATEX approval to Zone 2 (Zone 1 on request), it is also suitable for use within potentially flammable food processing environments such as those where spirits and alcohol are being produced.

This Debem range of sanitary air operated diaphragm pumps are what we like to describe as “Fit and forget” solutions. Thanks to their low maintenance, long service life and little manual intervention required, the air operated diaphragm pumps can just be left to do their job.

British Apple Company – Air Operated Diaphragm Pump

Castle Pumps received an enquiry from an apple grower which supplies worldwide cider manufacturers with apple juice from concentrate. They required a pump to transfer small quantities of juice at a time, but was unsure of the fluid's viscosity.
