The Savino Barbera AS Centrifugal Vertical Immersion Pump is a thermoplastic pump designed for chemical applications where easy maintenance and reliability is key. Available in custom lengths between 250mm and 3m, these vertical turbine pumps are designed for submergence within a tank. The range is constructed in PP, PVC, PVDF or PE-HD, and these centrifugal immersion pumps are therefore suitable for a wide variety of liquids including those containing solids. 

These thermoplastic vertically sump pumps have been constructed to eliminate any possibility of contact of any fluid being pumped coming into contact with metal parts. Typical applications include chemical transfer, recirculation of chemicals to prevent separation, waste water treatment, sea water cooling, galvanising and scrubber systems.

• Custom lengths between 250mm and 3m - Anti Vibration RFP reinforcement is supplied for longer pumps
• Solid handling between 4mm and 7mm
• Shafts are constructed using cantilever design, without intermediate support, fitted with bushings flushed by the pumped liquid and manufactured from PTFE, ceramic or silicon carbide
• PVC Support plates available in standard set sizes or cut according to customer requirements
• Discharge ports can be flanged, female BSP, or a hose connector
• Available with open, closed or recessed impeller to match duty requirements.
• Available with inlet filter to eliminate solids
• Pump shaft directly keyed to motor ensures zero chance of coupling slippage
• Available in 50 or 60hz with IP55 motors as standard
