Savino Barbera SP & PA Self Priming Centrifugal Pumps

The Savino Barbera SP and PA Self Priming Centrifugal Pumps are designed for corrosive and aggressive liquid transfer and recirculation of various chemicals, thanks to the range of materials of construction. The SP and PA series of self priming pumps can be supplied on a trolley or mounted on a baseplate, with either single or double mechanical seal with flushing.

These self priming centrifugal pumps are specifically constructed to eliminate any possibility of contact between metal parts. They are commonly used as a sea water cooling pump and for applications including emptying of underground tanks, chemical transfer, chemical recirculation to prevent separation, truck unloading, surface treatment, press filters and scrubber systems.

Features of the SP/PA Self Priming Pump:

• Close coupled, self priming centrifugal pump design
• Available with either single, double mechanical seal or flushed seal
• Handles solids between 4mm and 7mm
• Double mechanical seal can eliminate any issues caused by vaporising liquids, crystallisation, occasional dry running, preventing potential leakages and loss of pump efficiency
• Mechanical seal used is individually balanced with cartridge installation to allow cooling of sliding parts.
• Self priming up to 5m (not all models)
• Outlet connection available as flanged, with hose connector or female BSP
• Pump can be supplied base plate mounted or trolley mounted.
• Pump shaft directly keyed to motor ensures zero chance of coupling slippage
• Motors available in 50 or 60hz with IP55 rating
