Grey Water Pumps Page 1

Grey water is generally referring to waste shower, sink, kitchen and washing facility water, which on board a vessel will be stored in holding tanks. Marine grey water pumps are then used to dispose of the accrued waste water when the vessel is a minimum distance from land or when it arrives at the next port of call. Although grey water is not as dirty and solid-laden as black water, which is usually sewage, grey water transfer pumps may sometimes need to be able to handle small amounts of contaminants. Our grey water transfer pump offering covers a range of performance capabilities for meeting the requirements of large vessels with high volumes of grey water or smaller boats.
