Flux F560GS Sanitary Drum Pump & Hygienic Food Grade Barrel Pump

The Flux F560 GS Eccentric Worm Drive Barrel Pump with planetary gear is designed for sanitary applications, including food processing, cosmetic manufacturing and the pharmaceutical market. This food grade drum pump is recommended for transferring viscous liquids up to 30,000 mPas (cP) from a drum or IBC. Thanks to being easily stripped down, cleaned and/or sterilised with minimum effort, this Flux food transfer pump is compliant with hygienic regulations. Suitable for shear sensitive liquids, this high viscosity pump has a progressive cavity design that provides transfer at constant pressure, ensuring pulsation-free, low shear pumping with little disturbance to the pumped product. The F560GS stainless steel barrel pump is FDA approved, and there are models available with 3A certificate and ATEX certificates.

This sanitary drum pump is lightweight and can be used both for stationary and mobile applications that requires moving the pump between drums and IBCs. The stator housing of the F560GS food grade pump includes a safety bar to protect containers and to allow transfer out of plastic inliners. This Flux pump can handle fluids containing solids up to 8mm and is available with fixed and variable speed motor for optimal performance. Flux F560 GS can be supplied as an air and electric food grade pump.
