The Flux F560S Eccentric Worm Drive Barrel Pump is a stainless steel food grade pump designed to handle highly viscous fluids, even pasty substances up to 80,000 CP in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The wide viscosity range of this food grade barrel pump makes it a versatile solution for transferring fluids from barrel or IBC. Equipped with a robust bearing flange that provides additional support, this high viscosity pump is perfect for continuously running applications. The advanced design features of the food transfer pump mean that there are no hidden voids or inaccessible parts. Easy to disassemble, Flux F560S can be cleaned and/or sterilised with minimum effort to ensure compliance with the hygienic regulations. This stainless steel drum pump is FDA approved, and there are models available with a 3A certificate.

Due to the progressive cavity style design, the sanitary Flux barrel pump provides smooth flow at constant pressure, ensuring little disruption to the pumped product and offering low shear liquid transfer. This food grade electric drum pump can be mounted on a trolley or a console and can be used stationary or mobile, moving the pump between drums and IBCs. The Flux F560S food grade pump is available with either a 3 phase electric or compressed air motor and can handle fluids containing solids up to 8mm. It is also available with ATEX certification for flammable fluids.
