The Tsurumi BZ Series Submersible Water Pump, manufactured of cast iron, allows free passage of solids up to 80mm and can achieve flow rates up to 216m³/hr (3600L/min). The Waste Water pump is available in free standing or fixed installations when supplied with a guide rail.

The BZ series sewage pump is designed primarily for use in pumping stations, sewage works and effluent processing. This Sump Pump can also be used in industry and food processing.

  • Cast iron submersible pump for sewage and effluent processing.
  • Shrouded single-channel non-clog impeller allows free passage of solids up to 80 mm.
  • Available free standing or guide rail mounted.
  • Double mechanical seal in an oil bath
  • Optional guide rail (auto-coupling) kit available includes pedestal, guide hook, top bracket and lifting chain but not rails. Bend and stand foot set for free standing types.
  • 10 metres of heavy duty rubber power cable.
  • 4 pole 3 phase motors with thermal cut out to improve longevity and wear resistance.
  • 11Kw model features star-delta starting.
  • Optional guide hook adapter available for 3” and 4” versions if replacing an existing Flygt pump.
  • 80BZ41.5 – 3” BSPF outlet. 1.5Kw, 400v. 1450 L/min, 9M max head. 80mm free passage.
  • 100BZ42.2 - 4” BSPF outlet. 2.2Kw, 400v. 1800 L/min, 11M max head. 80mm free passage.
