Japy, also known as Pompes Japy, originated in 1850 when Frederic Japy invented a manual semi-rotary pump. To this day, the company continue to provide manual pumps to numerous sectors, covering pumping solutions for all sorts of liquids, including gasoline, oil, fuel, solvents and more.
By providing pumping solutions, Japy continue to supply to a number sectors, including maritime, energy, public works and the chemical industry – with the number of sectors they serve continuing to grow. Japy continues to expand and now also supply low and medium voltage electric pumps and pneumatic pumps for water and hydrocarbons.
