Castle Pumps offers more than off-shelf products; we are flexible in our approach and have the ability to specify and design solutions based on your individual application requirements. The vast range of technologies, performance ranges and applications for which they are used, make selecting a pump a very technical task. Our global sales team can help you diagnose pump-related issues you are experiencing over the phone or in some cases visit your site, as well as explore your process and suggest ideas on optimising your pump performance. Our systems and Midlands-based warehouse procedures have been independently audited, making Castle Pumps fully accredited to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We can also provide all pumps complete with third-party witness testing certificates to verify quality standards and that pump performance meets the required duty points. Food grade, type approval, ATEX, Positive Material Identification testing and other certifications are also available to ensure that all pumping solutions comply with the strictest industry regulations.
Castle Pumps has 14,000 sq.ft of warehouse space at our head office in Birmingham, UK, which allows us to hold over 90 centrifugal, side channel, screw pumps and associated spares in stock, ready for immediate dispatch. For pumps not held in stock, we offer a fast-track production facility, with certain type approved models and process pumps available in two weeks. Our highly experienced warehouse operatives check all the orders before dispatch, following a strict process of ensuring that all of the goods delivered to our warehouse are correct and packed according to ISPM15.
Alongside our vast pump offering, Castle Pumps supply genuine spare parts for all models in our range, including a large UK stocking of the Azcue and CAT pumps range. We know that it is a vital matter to have the option of spare parts available for your pumping equipment when needed to prevent costly downtime. Therefore, we have a well-established partnership with many key manufacturers allowing us to stock a range of spare parts and dispatch them at a quick lead time, ensuring pump maintenance without delay. In addition, we supply most spares for 10 years from pump discontinuation to enable lifelong servicing and has prevented many clients from having to replace pumps prematurely, saving on average thousands of pounds per client. As well as our global sales office based in Nottingham, we have our head office and 14,000 sq.ft warehouse located in the Midlands. Our head office accommodates Castle Pumps support teams, including the marketing, accounts and engineering teams. We also have a dedicated training room that is always ready to prepare our ever-growing sales and engineering teams to deal with clients' enquiries, learn more about pump technologies and discuss trends in the industry.

Through the years of dealing with a range of export clients, we have gained first-hand knowledge of export requirements and restrictions, giving you confidence that there will be no delays in dispatching your goods. We are able to provide clients with the various items of documentation that are often required, including Certificate of Origin certified by the local chamber of commerce, Certificate of Conformity, 3.1 Material Certification, 2.1 / 2.2 Declaration of Compliance / Statement of Compliance, Performance witness testing by third party (Lloyds, RINA, ABS, Bureau Veritas, DNV) and EUR 1 Movement Certificate.
We can ship your goods worldwide via air, sea and road using IATA, BIFA and RHA accredited members, or you may prefer to arrange for your carriers to collect goods from our Birmingham based warehouse. All dispatched goods are packed according to ISPM15 as a standard but can also be packed according to the shipping method, complete with any required shipping marks.
