As a single source supplier of all types of marine pumps including centrifugal and positive displacement, you can simplify your supply chain by removing the hassle of dealing with multiple suppliers and have all vessel’s pumps under one warranty. With many models built to DIN 24255 for easy retrofitting into existing pipework, current installations can be replaced with Azcue pumps.

Stockholding and fast track production

We hold over 90 centrifugal, side channel, screw pumps and associated spares in stock ready for same day dispatch. For pumps not held in stock we offer a fast track production facility, with certain type approved models available in two weeks. We have saved ship owners hundreds of thousands in demurrage and shipping delays by providing pumps at considerably short lead times.

Spare parts for long term servicing

Azcue pumps have interchangeable parts for reduced on board stockholding. We guarantee supply of spares for 15 years from model discontinuation for long term pump servicing. This saves ship owners from having to replace pumps prematurely, saving on average £150k per ship. With 90 Azcue agents worldwide, ship owners can benefit from spares and maintenance wherever a vessel docks.

ISPM15 packing as standard

We pack to ISPM15 as standard meaning your pumps and parts are ready for dispatch worldwide without extra cost or delay. Often other suppliers will charge 1-2% of order value for packing and it can lead to extra delays of up to a week for packing according to your requirement.

Quality and pump efficiency

Azcue pumps are cast, machined and assembled at our foundry in Spain. Each pump is manufactured to order and designed to fit your process, resulting in greater efficiency and lower overall lifetime cost in terms of wear and energy consumption. Before leaving the factory, pumps are individually tested to confirm performance meets the requirements set out in your enquiry.
